Play is a child's natural language. It's how they process feelings, experiences, and the world around them long before they have the words to explain it. Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) uses that language intentionally. In a session, your child leads the way in a specially prepared room, and I follow, using specific therapeutic responses that help them work through what's going on for them — whether that's big emotions, a hard transition, anxiety, grief, or something else. It looks like play, but it's built on a clear clinical framework aimed at helping your child feel understood, build coping skills, and grow in confidence.
